Sessions

I offer personal training as well as small group classes, both online and in person. Drawing on my background in movement, anatomy, dance and Pilates, each session works with awareness, breath, control, alignment, flow and coordination, always in relation to individual needs.

My teaching is guided by attention, care and communication, supporting the development of strength, body awareness and confidence in movement. Sessions are open to all levels - from beginners seeking a sustainable approach to health and well-being to more experienced practitioners, including dancers, athletes, and people engaged in other movement practices.

About Pilates

Pilates was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, a German-born movement practitioner who created the method as a way to improve physical strength, flexibility, and overall health. Originally called Contrology, his approach emphasized the relationship between mind and body, focusing on conscious, controlled movement. Over time, the method evolved and spread internationally, becoming a widely practiced system that continues to support diverse bodies and needs today.

Pilates is a movement practice that focuses on breath, control, precision, flow, alignment, coordination, balance, and strength. Working through a system of exercises on the mat and equipment, it develops strength, mobility, coordination, and awareness of the body in motion. It supports the body as an integrated whole, cultivating stability, efficiency, and ease in movement.
